Why should children practice yoga?
All the benefits yoga has for adults, it’s the same for kids!
Children already have the mobility, flexibility and strength in their bodies, it begins to grow the moment they are born. By starting young they can maintain, build and grow their physical body, balance, strength and mobility. Not only that yoga supports childrens’s:
Ability to focus, concentrate & memory
Boost confidence & self esteem
Positive impact on Mental wellbeing
Help to regulate emotions
Reduce stress & anxiety
Connect to one’s self/increase body awareness
Support relationships

Kids Yoga Age 2-5 is here!
Join me for a fun, mood lifting, calming (hopefully) yoga class, for both adults and theirs kids, focusing on ages 2-5. We'll find our breath, move and stretch our bodies, calm our nervous system, channel our energy and help find ways to regulate our BIG emotions! Expect breathing & relaxation exercises, yoga games, activities and stories for grown up & child.
This will be a relaxed, welcoming, no expectations space. You can feed, change, cry (both parents and kids) and do what you need to do.
