Children already have the mobility, flexibility and strength in their bodies, it begins to grow the moment they are born. By starting young they can maintain, build and grow their physical body, balance, strength and mobility. Not only that yoga supports childrens’s:

Sunday 15th DecemberJoin me for a fun filled, body balancing, belly breathing family yoga class.Releasing energy, building strength and mobility whilst soothing and calming our nervous systems, both kids and adults!
The games and stories are aimed at ages 4-7, but there will be something for everyone (including play stations) and there is no pressure for everyone to join in.
All parents/carers and siblings including babies are welcome! Older children are welcome and often find joy in helping the little ones.
This is a no pressure, no expectation class to try and have some fun and find a little calm. It will be beautifully chaotic! -
What I do
I am trained in kids yoga ages 2-17.
I have a full enhanced DBS check.
Offering public group classes, private groups, plus available to teach in schools, preschool and various childcare settings.
What you can expect:
Expect to work through yoga poses, both individually and as a group with partner work, breath work, yoga games, story telling, mindful colouring, songs, music and relaxation. Classes can be tailored to age groups of cover a range of ages, there is something for everyone.

Starting Tuesday 10th SeptemberJoin me for a fun, mood lifting, calming (hopefully) yoga class, for both adults and theirs kids, focusing on ages 2-5. We'll find our breath, move and stretch our bodies, calm our nervous system, channel our energy and help find ways to regulate our BIG emotions! Expect breathing & relaxation exercises, yoga games, activities and stories for grown up & child.
This will be a relaxed, welcoming, no expectations space. You can feed, change, cry (both parents and kids) and do what you need to do.
